In the heart of the ‘Endless Mountains’ of Sullivan County lies the small town of Forksville, with a population of 61 and it’s historic covered bridge. The bridge was built in 1850 by Sadler Rogers using the Burr Arch design and was refurbished in the 1980’s. The covered bridge symbolizes Farmers’ & Mechanics’ small town and rural heritage and our values of thrift, integrity, caring, reliability, quality, fairness, and, above all, on a sense of responsibility to our agents and policyholders.
